On behalf of Peachtree Baseball League I would like to thank you for your support this year!
We had 450 children enjoy a fantastic baseball and softball experience and it would not have been possible without your help.
We are currently seeking sponsors for our 2022 season. Your support helps to pay for uniforms for the players and much needed equipment and field maintenance. We offer the following sponsorship opportunities:
$375 Team Your donation will provide each child on the team with a major league replica hat and a jersey with your organization’s name on the back. The children always look forward to donning their new uniforms for Opening Day!
$300 Field Sign Your organization will be prominently displayed on an aluminum sign on our lower field, and measures 3 feet tall x 5 feet wide. We will work with you to determine the layout of the sign and reserve the right for final approval on text, font, logo, etc. prior manufacturing. Annual renewal fee is $125.
$125 Concession Plate Your organization will be prominently displayed on an aluminum sign that measures 7 inches tall x 14 inches wide. These are attached to the front of the Crozet Park concession stand. Annual renewal fee is $125.
$700 Home Run Package Team Sponsorship, Field Sign, and Concession Plate
$425 Base Hit Team Sponsorship and Concession Plate
In addition to the visibility above, our sponsors will be acknowledged at the beginning of each spring season and any fundraising events sponsored by the league. Team sponsors also receive a plaque.
Peachtree is a non-profit organization and your contribution is tax deductible. To sponsor, please complete the enclosed form indicating your level of support and return the form with your payment using the envelope provided. We appreciate our returning sponsors, so preference for the high-demand team sponsorship will be given for renewals, then to package supporters. Deadline to reply is Jan.12th,2022.
