Deadline to register is: Friday,January 15th,2021
Tryouts: There is no tryouts for Tball. Tball is for ages 4-5 & 5-6 yrs of age.
What is covered in my registration fee: Players will receive a dry fit shirt with Peachtree across the front, baseball pants (if you choose to mark it on your registration form) and a MLB replica hat.
I want my child on a certain team: We try our best to place Tball players on the team that they request but there is no guarantee. If you have a request put it in the comment box during registration. If there is a day during the week your child cannot practice please mark it on their registration form.
Team Placement: Tball Players are placed on a team and do not have Evaluations or Tryouts.
When will a coach contact me to let me know what team my child is on: The head coach will contact you by March 10th. If you have not received an email after that date, please email Cheryl Madison @ [email protected] she can let you know what team your child is on and contact the coach to see why she/he has not called. Sometimes it is the wrong number etc..
When will practice start: Practice will start Saturday,March 13th, 2021 for all divisions
What time will practice start: The head coach determines practice time. The first few weeks practice will start at 5:30 due to darkness. After Spring Break, practice will start at 6:00. Coaches may keep it at 5:30 if they choose to . Tball 4/5 & Tball 5/6 practices once a week and a game on Sat.
Opening Night will be Friday, March 26th, 6:00 at Crozet Park on the lower field
When will games start: Games for all divisions will start Saturday, March 27th. Tball will have games only on Saturday's.
Practice after the games start: Tball teams will have one practice during the week. Field availability is also taken into consideration when scheduling practice.
What is the difference in Tball 4/5 and Tball 5/6- The only difference is game time. Tball 4/5 play for 45 min max and Tball 5/6 play 1hr 30 min.
What will my child need: Tball players will need a glove, cleats, helmet and bat. The league does provide all teams with a helmet and bat. The league provides a jersey, hat and pants- if you want pants be sure to mark when you register.
